Checking in.

We've been in Connecticut for about a month now, and life hasn't gotten any less hectic. I find myself needing to do SOMETHING all the time. Moving is hard, but it's even harder when you have to start completely fresh. You never realize what goes into making a house a home until you're starting back at square one.

If you haven't caught on by now, we got a house! We signed the lease 2.5 (or maybe 3.5?) weeks ago and moved in right away. We slept on an air mattress and the kids in pack n plays for the first week or so. Then Anthony went and got all our stuff from IL and we started filling our house. We just FINALLY finished furnishing the house today. We'd been eating on the floor up until a few days ago. It suuuucked but the house is coming together really nicely. Now we just have to decorate! We're even having some family here for thanksgiving this year. :)

This post is short and sweet and lacking (updated) pictures because I'm on my phone. I hope to be able to post from a computer soon and give a house tour! But until then, here's a sneak peak.
