InstaFriday

Waiting for daddy to get done at the motorcycle dealer. Sunglasses make a good distraction.
Remember how I said Anthony was putting off getting a motorcycle until next year? Yeahhhh he got one. It's a 2009 Yamaha Raider and he's absolutely obsessed. It's cute.

Geese blocking the bike path. Family reunion, perhaps?

Organic, locally grown strawberries! Soo delish.

Grilled Asiago Focaccia bread.
We went to the farmer's market on wednesday. We were actually taking my little brother out to lunch for his elementary school graduation (so cute!) and whaddya know, whaddya say? There was a farmer's market in the parking lot! Clearly, we checked it out. We bought the strawberries and bread (which is actually from Great Harvest, but they were selling there) you see above, and Jordan got a cute little handmade wooden car. I was so happy about the strawberries. A cadrillion and five times better than store bought.

Bubby and Sissa cuddling!

Aliens, stay outta mah brain!
I got highlights yesterday! Anthony's brother's ex-girlfriend (who I'm kind of friends with) is working on finishing her training for a higher end salon, so I offered to be a color & cut model. I'm not really sure what technique she used, as I told her she could do whatever she wanted. I just know I got highlights. Haha. I really like it! I don't have a finished product picture because I couldn't take a profile picture without looking like a freakin' parrot. I get cut on Monday! I'm going short and I'm so nervous. I wear my hair up all the time so I only just realized the other day how long my hair has gotten. You'd think since I wear it up all the time anyway, I wouldn't be freaked out about going short again, but I am.

"Sit? Sit!"

"Nigh-nigh!"
Anthony was gone most of the day making sure he was ready for the motorcycle license test, and then getting his license (he passed, yay!). So me and the kids did a bit of shopping. We went to target first, super quick and easy trip. Then we went to Babies 'R' Us and, well, it wasn't so quick and easy. Haha. We walked past the Cars themed "room" and Jordan flipped. I think we'll be using it as an inspiration for his future room. It took me forrrrreeeeevvvverrrrrr to get him out of the preschool-age toy aisle. He was in toy heaven. Pushing all sorts of buttons, dancing, literally screaming as loud as he could. He was not happy about leaving. All in all, it was a really nice mommy/baby day!
